What is acrylic solid surface?

Acrylic solid surface material is composed of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate (ATH), which can be used to fabricate a whole host of internal and external building features such as kitchen units and worktops, bathrooms, furniture, wall cladding, seating, reception desks – the list goes on and on! The acrylic solid surface is supplied to us at Deeley Fabrications MK by the manufacturers in large sheets, we then use a wide range of fabrication techniques to cut, mould, stick, inconspicuously join, thermoform, sand, polish, engrave, print onto, sublimate, join with other materials to create your design. This can be as simple as a square table top, set of worktops or an incredibly intricate 3D building façade.
